Our Highland Forage

The unique character of our Highland Wildflower & Heather Honey is a direct reflection of the untamed landscape surrounding Croft 22 Achtoty. For our bees, foraging across the wild moorlands of Sutherland is a seasonal journey that defines the very essence of every jar. In this far north corner of the Highlands—a highlight for NC500 travellers—the combination of peat-rich soil, coastal air, and the specific botanical varieties create a nectar profile found nowhere else on earth.
